Refund Policy

1. One-off project packages.

A 30% deposit is due to begin a one-off package. Once discovery work has started, the deposit is non-refundable for the portion of work already performed; any part of the deposit corresponding to work not yet started is refunded on request. After discovery, refunds for a project cancelled part-way through are calculated pro-rata to the milestone reached (per /process/: Discovery, Design, Build, Launch) — you pay for stages completed, and anything paid beyond that is refunded.

2. Monthly plans.

The SEO retainer and Care & Maintenance plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice by emailing support@harmonicdesigners.com. The current month's fee is not refunded once that month's work has started; there's no fee for future months once cancellation takes effect.

3. Your EU right of withdrawal.

If you're a consumer (ordering for purposes outside a trade, business, or profession) based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from an order placed through this Site within 14 days, without giving a reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Spain's Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU).

• To withdraw, email support@harmonicdesigners.com within 14 days of placing the order, using the model form below or a clear statement to that effect.
• Immediate-start waiver. Because web design work typically needs to start before the 14 days are up to meet the stated turnaround, checkout includes a separate, optional checkbox by which you can expressly ask for work to begin immediately and acknowledge that, if you later withdraw, you'll pay in proportion to the work already performed up to the point you notify the withdrawal — you are not required to tick that box to place an order.
• If you withdraw before ticking that box (i.e., before requesting immediate start) and before any work has begun, you receive a full refund.
• Refunds are paid using the same payment method used for the original payment, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

4. What's never refundable.

Third-party licences already purchased on your behalf (fonts, stock assets, plugins), domain registrations, and any advertising or media spend already committed at your request are not refundable, as they are non-recoverable third-party costs.
