Can't I just leave the site alone once it's live?
You can, but updates, backups, and monitoring quietly stop happening, and small breakages — a broken link, an outdated plugin-equivalent, an expiring certificate — tend to go unnoticed until a visitor hits them. Care plans cover exactly that list.
What counts as a 'small edit' under Care?
Text changes, image swaps, small content updates — the kind of thing that shouldn't need a new project. Anything structural (new pages, new features) is scoped separately.
Can I start a Care plan if you didn't build my site?
In most cases yes — I'll review the site first to confirm I can support it properly before starting the plan.
