Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

1. Who's responsible for your data.

The data controller is harmonicdesigners, trading name of a self-employed professional (autónomo) with a professional address in Avilés, 33460, Asturias, Spain. For anything related to your data, email support@harmonicdesigners.com — the same address handles general and privacy/legal enquiries.

2. What data I collect.

Depending on how you interact with the Site, I collect: your name, email address, phone number, postal address, company name and VAT number (if you provide them), the content of your message or enquiry, and — if you place an order — order details (the packages chosen, billing address, and amounts). Cart contents and your cookie preference are stored locally in your browser (see the Cookie Policy). If you enable analytics, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised usage data about the pages you visit.

3. Why I collect it, and the legal basis.

  • To reply to your enquiry and, if you order, to perform the resulting contract — legal basis: performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • To issue invoices and comply with tax and accounting obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • To measure how the Site is used, only if you opt in via the cookie banner — legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse (for example, spam-prevention checks on the contact form) — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), balanced against your rights.

4. Who else sees it.

Your data is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes with any third party. It may be accessible to service providers acting as data processors strictly to run the Site — the hosting provider, and any transactional email service used to deliver enquiry and order emails — bound by a data-processing agreement and only for that purpose. If you opt into analytics, Google (Google Analytics 4) processes anonymised usage data as an independent controller/processor under its own terms.

5. International transfers.

No personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area as a matter of course. If a service provider used to run the Site is located outside the EEA, the transfer is covered by the appropriate safeguard (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. How long I keep it.

Enquiry data that doesn't turn into a project is kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Client and order data — including invoices and billing records — is kept for the period required by Spanish tax and commercial law (currently up to 6 years from the end of the relevant fiscal year). Analytics data, where enabled, is retained per Google Analytics 4's own default retention settings. You can ask for earlier deletion of anything not subject to a legal retention requirement.

7. Your rights.

Under the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, you can, at any time, by emailing support@harmonicdesigners.com:

  • Access the data I hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), where it applies
  • Restrict processing in certain circumstances
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Port your data to another provider, in a structured format, where technically feasible
  • Withdraw consent at any time, for anything based on consent (for example, analytics), without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal
  • Complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es, if you believe your rights haven't been respected

8. Security.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your data — including HTTPS encryption in transit, access limited to what's needed to run the Site, and no storage of payment card data of any kind (checkout uses a sandboxed, non-live payment flow — see the Terms & Conditions).

9. Children.

This Site is not directed at children, and no personal data is knowingly collected from anyone under the age of 16.

10. Changes to this policy.

If this policy changes materially, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change, and significant changes will be summarised here.
