Pricing
Are the prices on this site final?
Yes — the price you see is what the package costs, before IVA. What's included is stated on the package too. If your project needs something outside a package's scope, I'll quote that difference before any work starts, in writing.
What does "+ IVA" mean?
All prices are shown net of Spanish IVA (21%), added at checkout for consumers and Spanish businesses. If you're a business registered for VAT in another EU country, contact me before ordering — reverse charge may apply.
How does the deposit work?
One-off packages require 30% upfront to start; the rest is due on delivery. Monthly plans (the SEO retainer, Care & Maintenance) are billed monthly with no deposit.
What if my project doesn't fit any package?
Tell me what you need through the contact form. If it's genuinely custom, I'll scope and price it before we start — same transparency, different number.
Timeline
How long will my project take?
Each package states its own turnaround, from about 1–2 weeks for a Landing Page to 7–10 weeks for a larger e-commerce build. See the full breakdown on /process/.
What could make it take longer?
The biggest factor is how quickly content and feedback come back to me. Delays on your side extend the same amount on the calendar.
Can you work to a hard deadline?
Tell me the date when you get in touch. If it's realistic for the scope, I'll confirm it in writing before we start; if it isn't, I'll say so upfront rather than promise and miss it.
Process
Who will I actually be working with?
Me. I design and build every project myself — there's no handoff to a junior or an account manager you've never met.
How many rounds of feedback do I get?
Each package states its included revision rounds. Extra rounds can be added at an hourly rate, agreed before I start on them.
What do you need from me?
Mainly your content (or a clear steer if you need help with it), brand assets if they exist, and feedback within the agreed window at each stage. Details on /process/.
Technical
What do you build sites with?
A fast, modern static site (currently Astro), which is why this very page loads quickly and scores well on Google's own performance tools — check the numbers on the homepage.
Will my site work on phones?
Yes. Every project is designed and tested on real mobile devices first, not shrunk down from a desktop layout as an afterthought.
Do I own my website after launch?
Yes. Full ownership and source files transfer to you once the final invoice is paid — see /terms-conditions/ for the exact terms.
Can I edit the site myself after launch?
Depends what you need — small text or image changes can usually be self-managed or handled through a Care plan; anything structural is best left to me so nothing breaks.
Legal
Can I cancel after I've paid the deposit?
Yes, under the terms in /refund-policy/. As a consumer in the EU, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance contracts, which that page explains in full.
What happens to my data?
I collect only what's needed to quote, invoice, and deliver your project. Full detail — what's collected, why, and for how long — is in /privacy-policy/.
Where is harmonicdesigners based, legally?
Avilés, Asturias, Spain, trading as a sole trader under Spanish law. Full identification is on /legal-notice/.
